We're always interested in hearing from people who want to work in scaffolding, whether you're an experienced Advanced Scaffolder, a qualified HGV driver or someone looking to start a career in the trade.

Established in 2011, TWK Scaffolding is an NASC Contractor Member delivering projects across Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire and West Sussex.

Our work ranges from straightforward access scaffolding to large temporary roofs, high-rise developments and specialist engineered structures. That variety creates opportunities to gain experience across different types of projects and develop your skills as part of an established scaffolding team.

The Work We Do

Not every day in scaffolding is the same.

Our teams have worked on temporary roofs over occupied schools, specialist scaffolding inside operational hospitals, hanging platforms beneath bridges and major recladding programmes involving four residential tower blocks.

Projects like these require good planning, experienced operatives and people who understand the importance of working together.

The same applies behind the scenes. Our drivers keep materials moving between sites, while our yard team prepares, checks and organises the equipment our scaffolders need.

Whether you're working at height, behind the wheel or in the yard, your role contributes to delivering the job properly.

Opportunities with TWK

We welcome enquiries from experienced tradespeople and people looking to develop their careers.

The following are the types of roles within our business. We are currently welcoming applications across all four role groups.

Training & Career Development

Scaffolding is a skilled trade, and experience develops through proper training and time on site.

We support development appropriate to each person's role, qualifications and the work being undertaken.

This can include CISRS training and progression, specialist system training, toolbox talks, working-at-height safety and additional qualifications relevant to operational requirements.

For drivers and yard staff, further development may include HGV or forklift training where appropriate.

We believe training should have a practical purpose: helping people become more competent, take on additional responsibility and progress in the direction that suits their abilities and the opportunities within the business.
