TWK scaffolding has been tasked with delivering internal and external access to this high-profile new build in the heart of Bournemouth Town Centre.

The previous building has been demolished to make way for a new 7-storey, modern accommodation block named Hendy House, which will house 206 future students.

Our scope of work included a fully boarded external scaffold to allow safe access for all contractors carrying out cladding and glazing works, insulation, etc.

Various loading bays have been designed and erected around the perimeter of the scaffold, as well as hundreds of meters of internal scaffold and birdcages throughout the whole building.

Due to location and limited space on site, TWK had to liaise with site management on the daily basis to allow smooth movement of materials and trucks within this restricted area.

Projects has been delivered with minimal amount of variations as well as within the requested hire period.
